We noticed that the web site also said " Formerly a warehouse, the 2-storey backhouse is now a comfortable guesthouse with its own private access from the street, separated from the main house by a green courtyard." It also stated " It s a peaceful place to stay and feel at home for guests artists and visitors of the numerous cultural festivals in Utrecht, for guest teachers at the University of Utrecht, and others. Second door gives access to courtyard, which can be used by gueststenants." The header had guesthouse as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by tijdelijke woonruimte, Utrecht, and centrum which isn't as ranked as highly as guesthouse.
